Our work supports development and property decisions across the full planning process — from early site appraisal and flood risk constraint analysis through to planning applications, detailed drainage design and discharge of planning conditions. We also undertake flood risk and drainage assessments for land acquisition, due diligence, conveyancing, insurance and property risk management.

As a consultancy, we prioritise clear analysis, technically robust reporting and practical advice that can withstand scrutiny from planning authorities, Lead Local Flood Authorities and the Environment Agency. We also continually refine our analytical methods, modelling workflows and digital tools — including the responsible use of emerging technologies — to improve the quality and efficiency of our flood risk and drainage consultancy services.
