Flood risk and hydrology in High Wycombe

The River Wye that runs through High Wycombe is a Chilterns chalk stream, rising from springs near West Wycombe and flowing around 10.5 miles through the town, Loudwater and Wooburn Green to meet the Thames at Bourne End.
